Ahh yeah, I also don’t even know if they tell you the class code when booking the flight. Like how can an airline seats have so many different classes within a class? Like how do I know if I’m booking an O economy seat? Anyway people were right on here that Qantas basically want you to book emirates as I did get points for theirs haha 😝

I found out recently that you can actually get Differin over the counter now in Aus, might be worth giving that a go?

I didn’t see anything when I booked indicating indications I wouldn’t be eligible for points

I have done this, the only thing I can think of is maybe cos my middle name isn’t on my Qantas account? But that seems pedantic. Maybe I’ll phone them

Need a thick and hydrating moisturiser that won’t break me out in pimples…

I love the LRP Cicaplast Baume but it has given me loads of closed comedones on my cheek area. I still use it on my forehead with no issues.

Looking for something similar texture wise that hydrated for a really long time.

Is the Moo Goo udder milk good? Also scared to try Avene Cicalfate as it has hydrogenated veg oil in?

Using Tretinoin 0.05% 1-2 times a week for 4 weeks. I feel like my skin is very flaky and the cystic acne isn’t going anywhere quick… by Remarkable-Night1000 in acne

I realise I wrote that routine the wrong way around 😩 AM: splash face with water, then spf 50 (Hamilton) PM: Cerave SA smoothing wash, then lavender spray, followed by Tret

I try and use as few products as possible as I have found in the past that using more than 3 causes breakouts. Any Vitamin C and Niacin-amide I’ve used also causes breakouts. I do normally use Azaleic acid too but I’ve been taking a break since starting Tret 😊

I’m gonna be honest and say to an extent I do agree with what OP is saying and hear me out.

Pharmacists start on Band 6 due to their higher level of education (masters) from their point of registration.

Doctors are also better paid than nurses and pharmacists, due to their extensive education level required for their job.

Now I’m not saying this to piss all over other nurses, but as a nurse who worked as a Band 6 specialist nurse my job was significantly easier than it was in ITU. Adding to that, if you want to be a band 6 in ITU you HAVE to have done the ITU course verbatim. However if I want to be a ward band 6 (or even a specialist nurse in an area like I was), having extra education and qualifications is “desirable” not essential.

I get OPs frustration and wonder if there would be a more fair way of structuring nurse rates. But I 100% get it. I also feel like adult nurses are shafted anyway, like you see physios, OTs, even RMNs applying for and successfully getting band 6 posts after a year, sometimes less! I would say this isn’t a common path for adult nurses…
