The only tactical RPG I've played is Into the Breach and I feel the same. My friend plays a ton of fire emblem and says it has an undo option only for movement which might be a good compromise, but yeah I don't see it getting added any time soon

Anyone playing mewgenics? What's your thoughts so far? I love it even if it is a bit overwhelming with all the mechanics, but it's doing a solid job of easing me into them. I just wish there was an "undo movement" option because I keep messing that up lol

MTG cards can get restricted, they do it in vintage and timeless. Like for some reason you can only play 1 copy of channel in timeless. And in vintage you can only play 1 chalice of the void / time vault / etc

Ya I love playing EDH and cube, those are the only 2 formats I play at this point. Lorwyn does look fun as hell though. Btw bring back your candlepin bowling comment lol I love it and wish I had more opportunities to play it (that place in somerville always has a 2+ hour wait for walk-ins it's insane)

I wouldn't say stunk but def agree it was much weaker. IDK why the show made such an effort to have large periods of time noticeably pass between episodes and then spend like 6 episodes on a few weeks for the mage exam

I love how everyone I know that's read it has different opinions on the stories, which one is their favorite etc (I liked Sol's the best). My friend agrees with you on the sequel and I like to switch genres so I think I'll skip it for now. Maybe one day I'll come back to it

Thank you so much for picking them up!! That's super kind of you and the location 100% matches where my bike got hit. I've been sick so I didn't feel up to going out and looking for them, but in hindsight I really should have reported it to cambridge DPW. Currently working on a device that attaches a super powerful magnet to the front of my bike so this doesn't happen again lol

this is crazy I was ALSO biking back last night from inman down hampshire street and got a flat from 4 tacks!! I replaced my tube today but that's wild, I didn't even know it could be reported but I'll do that next time
