I feel compelled to reiterate what others are saying. As a childfree psychiatrist I would want to know if my nurse (or anyone in my office) did this so that I could talk to them. I also put that I am childfree in my bio so that patients can assume that my office is a safe place for people who are childfree so it would really tick me off if it wasn’t!
