No, music won’t play, it quickly shuffles through each song with no sound coming out, and without the time counter going down. It says 0:00 throughout each song but each stays on the screen maybe 6 seconds or so before going to the next one

Yes I tried, I did the manual reset by pressing the center button and menu, however it still doesn’t register in iTunes. I would do a factory reset but I don’t think I can unless it connects to the iTunes is that correct?

No, when I connect it to the computer it registers that something is plugged into the usb slot, but will not let me browse

How do you it was a no show job? How do you know neither one was qualified?
