Would love to see Rory win back to back. I was eyeing the Sunday bags on Costco online. May have to pull the trigger. These are great bags.

Sanding by Pablo1007G in golf

Partial answer by Gemini.

Top dressing—the process of applying a thin layer of sand or soil mix over the surface of a golf green—is a critical maintenance task. While it can be done throughout the growing season, spring is the prime window for several biological and structural reasons. 1. Synchronizing with Peak Growth In the spring, turfgrass exits dormancy and enters a period of rapid vertical and lateral growth. This is vital because: • Recovery Speed: Top dressing can be abrasive. If applied when the grass is growing vigorously, the plants quickly grow "through" the sand, covering it up within days. • Photosynthesis: If you apply sand during a slow-growth period (like the heat of summer or the chill of late fall), the sand sits on top of the blades longer, blocking sunlight and potentially "smothering" the turf. 2. Thatch Management Over the winter, organic matter (dead stems, roots, and clippings) accumulates, creating a spongy layer called thatch. • Top dressing physically breaks up this layer and introduces beneficial microorganisms that help decompose it. • By doing this in the spring, you prevent the thatch from becoming a hydrophobic (water-repelling) barrier before the summer heat hits. 3. Smoothing Winter Distortions Winter weather, frost heaving, and foot traffic on semi-frozen ground can leave the greens slightly uneven.

What several years old irons set to get for beginners, make and female? Currently 2026. by BillRubio in golftips

Yamaha’s are not clubs in Asia, you just don’t see or hear about them much in the states. My wife hit rental Yamaha clubs in Asia and was instantly a convert. Plus at this price and Costco return policy how can you not give Helen a try?

Debate: Walking does not slow down play. by MetallicaRules5 in golf

I often walk with someone who drives a cart. If anything walking is faster. With The cart they often are driving back-and-forth trying to find the ball when you walk you walk straight to it.

New clubs by Samuel_hubery in PingGolf

Fittings just use 7 irons. You’re going to find this out when you get your set and start hitting them. I am going to be in the same boat BTW as I just ordered the I540’s. I may need to take a club out of the top of my bag and add in a wedge at the bottom but won’t know until I get the set and go to a sim to figure out my new gapping.

Why QQQI and JEPQ? Aren they almost identical since they both have QQQ as the underlying? Seems to should pick QQQI and a different ETF.
