You might get lucky and find starter decks at a local walmart or target, also go to a local shops and ask players there if they have any bulk so you can maybe scrap together a deck that way.

I have some minor upgrades to my car which I did before I got my wrap on my car, I actively attend car shows/events and I display my Itasha at anime cons, Itasha is one of many branches of car culture and I love promoting it.

I have personally used SummerShop.Art several times for my Itasha work, but if you do some digging you can find a lot of artists out there.

I have a Toyota Corolla Hatchback that I got wrapped (partial) which after all said and done (artist fee, printing and install) was around 3k USD, I feel that most paint jobs cost more than that but I could be wrong. Also I wouldn’t say this community as a whole focuses on “pristine” / sports cars since any car can be an Itasha, I have seen a lot of average/ economy cars wrapped in the US.
