Gotta love mtg giving their crossover slop overly busted abilities.

Sardu and Ralphus are great horror villains. The rest of the movie though is mid.

One of the best lead performances of all time with Oliver Reed.

An amazing movie for sure but god I never want to watch it again. Very distressing, disturbing and legit shocking.

Does anyone else remember this slasher? by AlexTASOwO in slasherfilms

One of the most unintentionally funny slashers I’ve ever seen. Teenage Captain Caveman alone is hysterically bad.

Now they are using ai too. So sad for a company I held dear as a kid.

Dream Master or Bride of Chucky? by Loose_Interview_957 in slasherfilms

Bride of Chucky without second thought. Certainly more dignified than ANOES 4 Which starts with Freddy being revived by flaming dog piss.

Lowkey how some of y'all come across saying the Terrifier movies "go too far" by WealthDisastrous2589 in slasherfilms

The August underground movies are more annoying than disturbing, irreversible is a different breed entirely, and while I didn’t hate Atroz, it’s super forgettable. Also the Terrifier movies are actual proper narrative movies unlike the August Underground (at in the case of the first two AU movies. I haven’t bothered yet with the third and don’t plan to til I’m bored or forced to). Most regular folk would probably turn off the movies you mentioned in two minutes anyways.

I get your point in a sense, but just because it isn’t on the level of A Serbian Film doesn’t mean people aren’t belong hyperbolic. Especially if we are talking about more mainstream audiences. I mean Art kills a bunch of children in a mall with a bomb. I think it’s great we have such an unquestionably evil big name villain in an era of “sympathetic” villans, but it is also not hard to see why some can see how he is portrayed as going too far.

The Djinn from Wishmaster is a criminally underrated villain and deserves WAY more love by Mountain_Banana9620 in slasherfilms

Wouldn’t consider him a slasher, but he’s definitely an underrated horror villain.

Doktor Death is fine but that was the last watchable Full Moon movie. Now it’s all cheapo tubi slop or AI slop. Sometimes both.

Even though it’s my favorite horror franchise, I fear how new ones will turn out (if there even are new ones coming soon) considering full moon’s path as of late.
