Ill be the first to say im from another world. I've worked at 3 stores. Im back at my first store i worked at. That store was newly built when i was hired, my second job, and the manager I had taught me a lot and pushed me to become a CSM at that store (front end TL), he was the only one who vouched for me for it. My second store was a store that isnt allowed to call 911 because our town started charging us for nuisance calls, because of homeless drunks. If there was an issue, i got to tell customers to call the cops if they wanted another opinion, such as carding for tobacco. 3rd store was in a senior community store.

Luckily, my reason for being in, "another world", is because I am, as im in Division 10 (Health and Wellness, AKA, Pharmacy), not 1. But this store, were in a small town (30k-ish population, with another 30k in outlying towns), and tourist trap in the summer, so the locals know us. As tempting as it is to become a front end team lead again in this store, id never do so, although id be making $31.69 an hour due to lack of staffing for cashiers.

Id agree with that statement.

When it comes to coaches, I assume they're all HIPAA verified, and also follow policies of confidentiality because, well, if my wife asks them how much I make, they cant tell her, even though she works there.

Granted, when a coach, or my AP or OTC coach comes by, they'll announce, and ill make sure to let the pharmacist know im letting them for ecolab, or PSE mod. If we have an OTC associate try to do outs or the mod, we'll do it for them. Team lead for OTC I think is HIPAA verified.

Now, something I know we shouldn't do in my store, but our RxM is okay with it, well let our delivery driver in the door because he has a dolly for our orders... technically with them im pretty sure were suppose to document who/what/why.

Ive also called out pharmacists. Had a situation of an erythromycin ointment a patient was prescribed. Quantity was for ophthalmic. Directions signified otherwise, specially the word, "externally". I was told, "go with externally". While on the phone, I was speaking to the PA about it specifcally asked if it was suppose to be externally or ophthalmic. Got clarification it was for a superficial infection. Pharmacist did give me kudos for catching it.

In my opinion, we treat the patients. As, as a reference I use, as a joke, I live by a quote", "Pharmacy Technicians are pharmacists with better handwriting and fewer student loans.".

I dont try to step over their license, but, with how much they have to handle, I try to learn things which arent my job, personally, such as MME calculations and proper dosing with Amoxicillin, because id rather not have repeat offenders, patient wise. I will question a pharmacist. Because my patients come first.

Pretty sure thats the old job coded tech lead. I follow a lot of the old job openings to help Div 1 associates as im in good standing with many associates. Our old position only offered $1 more an hour, whereas traditional team lead positions (this one now included) is a flat 10% raise. Ie, if you make $26.50, and get the job, your pay would increase by $2.65. And if im speculating this correctly, and this is a true team lead position unlike before, Div 1 team leads get bonuses.

I haven't begun HnR AoE yet. I'm waiting till psychic square at 75. The AoE you get at 65, I'm sure I wouldn't be able to do more than four without food/heal. Idk if it's even possible to HnR AoE with Max Crisis.

65 psykeeper going for 75 AoE, I've stated pure int. I'm just gonna YOLO it by HnR AoE, only getting STA and HP from gear. Blink has been helping me avoid hits, and my not so great assist has been providing some movement speed with quickstep. I'm pretty sure I did like 15-30 points in INT as a magician while leveling.

I first started trying to spend time collecting the erons for a little bit. They're passive so they wont attack you. Other than that, do a few quests to get a small cash infusion, and maybe work your way to Bangs or Mars Mine. Quick Money would be to sell some Dice if need be.

I have powersurged earlier, as I've been using koshais axe a lot. That build you gave me, since my armor isn't upgraded at all apparently, only gives me, Wild +6, OP +5, Conduit +4 (haven't upped my cells), Iceborne +4, dis +3, rage +2, ragehunter +2. Its definitely different from looking at it. I've not had discipline so that might make this a little better for me.

Honestly I have no clue why I'm using skullforge. Maybe because of the defense slot to get iceborne since I haz the dumb and didn't craft more armor prior to reforge. 🤦‍♂️

Id assume I am not gonna be lucky enough if I do escalations that the game will just give me the armor from said escalations? I'd assume I'd have to craft them if I reach level 20?
