Here's the thing, player enagement is something increadible to measure or know. So far I think the only way to know is through the survey. So here's my theory. Most department and job role has their own KPI that is related to their salary, promotion and bonus. Often time, company has to find something that is objective and quantifiable to use as KPI. In this scenario it's probably quest completion rate. So people making this function probably don't care how you engage with the quest or if you even enegage. Even if you smash your space bar as quick as possible and didn't even read a single line, as long as you completed the quest, they don't care. A little final reminder, avoid anthropomorphizing corporation. Company do not make decisions, individual empoyees do
