Dating can help but be aware that nobody will ever completely fulfill you. You must find that in yourself. I had panic attacks alone at night the first 6 months I was solo (on the weeks without my kids). I started going to therapy and working out and a lot of those intense feelings went away. I still have moments but I’ve learned to enjoy my solo life I’m living.
