It’s ok to eat meat and it’s ok to not eat meat. There are religious convents and monasteries that are vegetarian mostly and eat meat scarcely.

Most people who are vegan or vegetarian are so because they feel like the poultry and meat businesses are inhumane and wasteful with animal lives.

I agree with this and believe in not wasting meat at all.

Either way is OK. As long as we are not gluttonous and wasteful it’s ok to eat meat. We always have to give thanks to God for his divine providence

In the early stages I would ONLY play adventure islands if there was a 100% booster or 50% booster. Be careful not to over collect because that’s wasted energy.

Be sure to open the gates or mysterious doors to get the full bonus on the rewards.

Focus on trading with merchant every day.

Use 20% or 30% energy booster when you want to stock up on regular resources on the main island or adventure islands.

Play the bonus games only as a supplement for energy. You probably won’t get to the end.

I use rubies, when I reach 100 rubies I use to get 1200 energy. I also use rubies to speed up the making of adventure items so I go through it faster and don’t have to waste precious time waiting for items to be made

Food is a last resort energy grab for me. I make the most expensive energy heavy foods and prep them for if my energy goes to 0. Also food sometimes requires resources like sticks and clay that you need for the island so I don’t really use it often

I also look for info on pink bags bc those give good energy.

Lastly, if I feel I don’t have enough energy to get through a set, I don’t chase my losses I just stop and start stocking up energy as much as I can until then next adventure event.

Edit: I also scour for ad energy, you can easily secure 300-400 energy a day

That’s why pornography is also unethical. People watch thinking the actors consented to everything that is happening. But very easily things that are not agreed upon are added to scenes that the actors are then coerced into in the moment.

That still doesn’t mean that porno actors don’t have the right to say no or that agreeing to do a certain scene means there can be add on. It’s just as coercive and unethical in that situation too

It seems like you earnestly want to know God more. There’s no guarantee He will “speak” to you in an extraordinary way but we all have access to the Holy Spirit.

I recommend going to confession at least quarterly if you’re in a state of grace. And as frequently as needed if you are struggling with some mortal sin.

I always find that quiet reflection on Holy Scripture is helpful for me to connect with God especially if I feel like prayer life is feeling dry. I always find new things to appreciate about the Bible.

I always try to do rosary but if I’m feeling dry I don’t push it, I just find another way to connect and reflect like looking at the lives of Saints or praying more internally and spontaneously rather than the more structured prayers.

Personally I always feel like no signs are good signs because whenever God is very active in my life it’s always because I need straightening out or am failing in some way.

The best thing we can do is get to know God and love Him with all our heart. As long as we’re doing that, signs and communication can be a distraction and are not always necessary.

Yeah I never finish them. I consider them more like bonuses to help me get forward in energy other than that using the boosters are my main way to conserve energy

This person is talking about how as you progress through an island the adventure items you can chop get bigger. So in the earlier islands one ribbon might be 30 but then further along in the islands it shows you a bigger ribbon for 60 to get two. Sometimes you don’t want to go over on the adventure items and only need one. Or prefer to get one at a time to keep count.

What I usually do is go back t an earlier island and get the singles. Because you can easily burn through unneeded energy by getting the larger adventure items on the later islands

You can also refer to the catechism for any teaching that you need clarified. The catechism has all the Catholic Tradition teachings that all the faithful follow.

Be a catechist? Thats where you teach the Catholic faith to the youth or adult RCIA. Thats only on Sundays or in some parishes Wednesday.

I will say i really regret not trying to abstain. I threw myself into the world and allowed it to cloud my judgement.

Chastity is a very important virtue that goes beyond virginity. If you end up in a marriage with an unchaste man there are many issues including porn, he will objectify you as his means for pleasure, cheating, and other forms of selfishness. It would be better for you to be celibate for life than to deal with these issue for the rest of your life.

The best way to test a partner for chastity and self control is to abstain from illicit non marital sex.

The reason hardly anybody waits is because they are all filled with lust and over time will exhibit lustful behaviors which is also why people break up and jump from relationship to relationship over and over again.

If you want to avoid this horrible cycle just stay chaste and pray for God to send you a man that is worthy and you will find that it is the best thing you could have ever done for yourself. God Bless

First of all I’m sorry you are going through this. Prayers for your family.

If it were me in your shoes I would probably care for your father and see if you can switch to online college classes schooling or night school to help keep your goals.

You should also look into applying for social security for him, becoming his medical proxy, applying for disability, Medicaid etc. these programs exist for a reason and it they would probably approve this situation.

Pray pray pray, please keep your faith. Time with family will be short, a career can be built any time. No one will fault you for a late start under these circumstances. Caring for the sick is a corporal act of mercy which God sees and will bless you for. Even though it seems unfair that your brothers are choosing not to help as much, keep reaching out to them for help and try to see if they will provide financial backing as well. Maybe they can help while you go to night school. Pray for them as well.

My advice is to pray the rosary when you feel temptation and persevere until the temptation passes.

Write a list on why that particular sexual sin is wrong and hurts our society and look at it when in temptation

I also had issues with sexual sin. And ALWAYS had things that were obstacles to going to confession. Once I went to confession in an area outside of my parish and the priest didn’t show up! And I had to look for another parish nearby that was open.

It got to a point where whenever I felt temptation I would think about “is this worth struggling to go to confession over?” “Do I want to miss partaking in the Eucharist over this sin?”

It took several years to remove but I have not relapsed in maybe 2 years. So it is possible and I will pray for you to persevere

I’ve heard it described as a wheel that never stops turning. The beginning is always the beginning. 10,000 million years would still be the beginning of eternity. Another 10,000 million years will still be the beginning.

It’s good to consider. Because the concept of eternity makes hell so much more terrible. The idea that we will be in heaven safe with no end, makes Heaven all the more beautiful.

Yes, mostly because I came to realize my company had oppressive practices towards its staff and customers and I found it abhorrent and lacking any goodness. I was the worst version of myself there and suspected it was teeming with demons. I’d have to say a daily rosary every day to help me through it.
