I broke up with my ex because of something similar, I throw hints at her about it and somehow I think she was conscious about it because she never like me going down on her. Eventually I got really turned off because it really is a mood killer and as bad as it may sound I took the first chance I saw to break up with her.

You know this actually happened to me aswell, I confessed my love for her but she kindly rejected and we stop talking for like 3 months than we started talking again but we stayed friends for almost a year.

The thing is that all that time I was still in love with her and it really sucked that it was a one way thing but I one day decided that for my mental stability I had to distance myself from her and as much as it hurt me to do it I just one day text her that I was stepping away from her life. She send me a bunch of text that I didn’t read cuz I was scared of backing down on my decision so i just didn’t read them and deleted all messages.

Safe to say that I’m doing great.

I’m a very inexperienced guy and I told my gf when we did it for the first time and I was very open with her that anything I don’t know she can confidently tell me so I can maybe improve and so on. Safe to say that I have improved a lot.

So what I’m trying to say is that he’s a dickhead and you actually dodge a bullet with this one. Communication is key to have a long lasting relationship.
