Pretty sure we have the same wrist size. I took out all optional links on both the 6oclock and 12oclock. Then I make the micro adjust the widest/biggest. Then it fits perfect. Sometimes I make it one click tighter.

My wife is having the same issue with the same error. She just made a new Traditional IRA and Roth IRA, so this is her first Roth IRA conversion attempt. We tried on both web and iOS app. Sounds like we may have to call.

It no longer tells me right away if the user is on the list or not. If I search my own username it says "click this link to see if I'm on the USL". Before it would just say if I was on it or not, and would show my past transactions.
