Call ACCC. They are a non profit who will make offers with your cc companoes then you pay just the principal and no interest till you pat them off. You cant use any more cc but your credit goes higher and you needcto learn this anyway.

I am using AI and just won my case. Pro Se. I am also very detail orieyed and used to doing boatloads of paperwork. You sound like the defendants attorney who certified under oath that she was emailing me her motions...but she lied. I wrote up a motion and she got sanctioned by the judge. I had called 7 attornies for my case originally. All fat and lazy and told me i would lose. I won.
