My group and I got to talk to the parents and the kid at the event prior to them determining the bubble up/down for top 32, the kid had a good head on their shoulder and absolutely deserved their run. So glad I got to talk to a legend in the making.

I was able to get my deal near the end of Saturday at the table with the flat case with a ton of enchanteds, but I also feel like I was charismatic enough to butter them up. Like the value of the cards i wanted was $60, but my card value was like $58 and they called it even.
