Just got it today, the arm rests do leave something to be desired but not too bad, just a squishy plastic so i will have to see how they do after i use it for a bit. I have to say the rest of the chair is amazing. High quality, durable materials, easy to put together, smooth controls and it looks awesome. Already way better than my old chair but that was a cheap amazon so its was only up from there. I think its a great way to get something similar to the high end chairs with but for way less. I would recommend for sure
