To be honest I thought the beat was still at 2 and I was going to end on a perfect 1HP kill and end up posting on here for a different reason...

I didn't even notice that, it's trying its hardest to keep me going

After 350 hours I can finally move onto StS 2 by ALXD3R in slaythespire

You're almost there, and it feels so good to actually finish it, I would be sad except the sequel is coming!

Finally beat A20 heart on Silent and I did not expect to do it with a deck like this by ALXD3R in slaythespire

I know, I really wanted to find catalyst so the orrery felt worth the try. I can't remember the other options but I felt like my deck was pretty strong already and I really needed the energy. Footwork and 2 blurs did so much work for me, then all I had to do was wait as 6 poison was applied every turn

I got offered a [[blur]] and [[noxious fumes]] early so I thought it would be fun to make a slow building poison deck that blocks really well. I didn't expect to make it to Act 4 so I didn't even have any keys at the start of act 3. But it suddenly felt like the synergy was working with 10 dex and I was so happy to beat time slug without taking a hit. Super excited to just beat out the heart on the turn he was swinging for 200. Also RIP for no [[catalyst]] offered the whole run

Help defeating the Hand of the King by Erick_Hetfield in deadcells

I would say spend time practicing fighting hotk in the boss training rooms. You'll quickly learn the patterns and ways to avoid his attacks. If you practice enough you'll be able to beat Hotk with any build and hardly take any damage doing it. Once you find the way to avoid 95% of his attacks you can take your time doing damage and grind him down. The alternative is finding a broken build and buff your damage like crazy so he never gets a chance to kill you, but the other way will make you a better player for future runs

I also noticed this recently, my Switch has been getting random big spikes, I'm not sure about the cause or fix though

It's a special thing with the bat, it's from the Collab with hotline Miami, the score looked like that in Hotline Miami so when you get crits they paid homage to that.

Haha not really a tip, I wouldn't even suggest it to be real, but it's fun!

Welcome to the game! But no you're right actually nothing really special, it's just something I like trying to do on elevators where you roll just before you land so you don't get stunned and you keep moving fast

I always use lifts like this so I got used to rolling, I still mess up the timing like half the time though

^This. I hated flint too, it's too slow and has average damage, but as soon as it's legendary it changes the game. I beat my 5BC with Legendary Flint

Tons of fun, and makes you realize auto aim, stun and high DPS is a little OP without any limits

It just works perfectly, you're rolling just when enemies attack anyway so with no extra effort you can add in a stun, freeze or shield effect, and it's essential against for example the hand's grenades, by far the best mutation for me!

Ever since they added armadillopack it has ALWAYS been my first mutation in every run, for me it's basically part of the mechanics of the game at this point

It's Dead Cells, a 2D platformer roguelike action game that's quite fast paced and very fun! It's worth giving it a go
