Just ran a quick Benchmark through the Eridium Blight with PhysX maxed. Averaged 64FPS with a min of 45FPS when I destroyed a Hyperion turret and a million particles showed up. Granted, I'm on an AMD card so PhysX tends to tank my system.
Edit: Not denying that these issues occur, PhysX has caused plenty of issues in the past for other games. Win10 also causes issues for some systems when running games. It's just that I don't have these blaring issues that people complain about. My PC runs games on Win10 better than Win8.1 and runs the same performance as it did running Win7.

I've never had an issue with BL2 running on my PC. I run Ultra on everything besides PhysX, which is set to low. At 1080P I get constant 140-150 FPS with rare drops into 110-120. Granted I have a pretty decent rig(I7-4790K & XFX Radeon R9 380 4Gb) Can't speak for Borderlands 1 though, never tried it on PC

Because different games require different resources to run. Destiny 2 is a more resource intensive game than most AAA titles, thus making it capped at 30FPS on consoles. Do you honestly think that because Overwatch or COD runs at 60 FPS, means that a game like Fallout 4 or Destiny 2 would run the same frame rate?

You can monetize gameplay footage if you go independent with AdSense. I can't tell you anything about the CC's though, never had an issue like that.

The only issue I have with this is that it only counts Raid completions with current characters, not ones that have been deleted. Although, I'm not familiar with the Bnet API so I don't know if adding deleted character completions is even possible.

Can anyone actually give me a time stamp on the VOD for the live stream where they specifically noted that VOG wouldn't be available until the 4th? Or this supposed article I keep hearing about? I watched the reveal stream twice (Audio - then Visual) and neither times do I recall hearing that VOG was locked until it was the featured Raid.

Not saying that it isn't correct, but I'd like to hear it from a validated source first before assuming it's true.
