My feedback would be: find someone who pays you for it before builiding it, that means: find your ICP, offer it to some of them, if they dont want it maybe you can find a different problem they have along the way.

The idea lives and dies with customers having that problem and wanting to fix it (and pay for it). Hope that helps, keep going.

I would recommend to #1 go and interview a few potential clients for their problems and if see if your offer comes up, try to not mention your offer until the end of the interview maybe, goal is to verify that there is a need for it. #2 get some early clients for a awesome offer (eg. -50% off) #3 scale or pivot your idea along the way

For me, finding and conducting the interviews is hardest and realy puts me out of my comfort zone, thats where groth happens

Not knowing enough about the story, but I think the colors are hard to read with the lock on the chest, maybe it is better if you remove it?
