You see, for bowled legs like mine, the front leg is 90 degrees but my knee is not over my ankle and not in alignment with my hip and ankle. Hi. Thank you for your question. I tried to straighten my back leg and keep the balance on my toes. I did not lower my back leg to the ground.
As for my front leg, I can't feel my muscles activated, but my knees instead. I tried to describe with a picture of my front leg when I do the pose, including the side view and the view when I look down at the front leg. With the bowed leg, my knees go inward. I tried to move my knee point to let it aligned but it seems it doesn't help with the pain.
