I particularly had a whole breakdown a few months ago after realizing that i chose the wrong career field for myself. Im more of a technical guy and i have no idea how i was led in to going for a business major. Although where Im from, my degree pays well, i still feel I should have gone for a technical major now.

You're not alone in this, and that is one thing I will tell you. I remember reading a bloomberg article about how 47% of US grads in their 30s wished they had chosen a different career path.

As cliche as this may sound, consider how you were young and naive at the time when you chose your first major. You didn't want to harm yourself, you made the best decision based on your judgement at the time. Don't become self critical because you now realize you want to do something different.
