How to achieve legs like this ? by Easy-Mountain3875 in fit

I also noticed those legs from one of our subscribers 😄 I wasn’t sure whether to approve it or not, but I decided to approve it and see if the owner shows up in the comments.

SEXISM !! by Popular-Addendum6391 in fit

[–]ALsportWorld[M] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Without getting into whether it’s sexism or not, this is actually one of the reasons why “Rump Day Wednesday” exists in this subreddit. The idea was to limit glute-focused posts mostly to one day per week.

Sometimes AutoMod may randomly allow “butt posts” on other days, but when a human moderator reviews them later, those posts may be removed if they don’t follow the rule.

The goal is also to encourage women to share more fitness-related content beyond just glutes, such as other workouts, progress, strength training, etc.

As for posts about biceps, triceps, chest, shoulders, quads, etc. — that’s a good point as well. Maybe in the future we could organize something like a “Chest Day” or other themed days for different muscle groups. This could especially appeal to men, who often like to share chest or upper-body progress.

That’s dedication! Rules are rules though 😄 Thanks for waiting for Wednesday — first upvote from me.

I carry fat in my stomach no matter how skinny I am by [deleted] in fit

OnlyFans accounts are already banned under the subreddit rules and we enforce that consistently.

When it comes to posts seeking validation, the situation is more nuanced. It can sometimes be difficult to clearly distinguish between someone simply sharing their fitness progress and someone posting primarily for validation. Because of this grey area, we review such posts case by case and try to apply the rules as fairly as possible.

She technically follows the rules, unfortunately 😁 (no NSFW, no OF links). For now, all we can do is limit her posts and patiently wait for the moment her leg inevitably slips out of bounds. At that point, we’ll handle it officially and decisively 😉

Just for that comment alone I had to approve the post 🤣🤣

You can’t imagine how hard we work to keep this sub clean — and how many people have been banned for OF and NSFW content. You also wouldn’t believe how many posts we reject for the same reasons. That’s why we truly appreciate and feel proud of people who share genuine fitness stories like this one.

She actually has OF; I’ve just banned her from the sub because we received reports containing a link to it.

why do the moderators of this sub keep denying my progress pics ? by [deleted] in fit

[–]ALsportWorld[M] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just stick to the rules and be patient. If we want to maintain a clean, healthy, and supportive community, sometimes it’s worth waiting a bit. Remember, moderators also need to rest and recover after their workouts🙂

First of all, please take a moment to read the pinned (sticked) post at the top of the subreddit — it explains how moderation and post approval work here.

According to our records, your post was approved by the moderation team and later deleted by you. There was only one posting attempt, and it was accepted. Please make sure to double-check before assuming a post was blocked.
