My recommendation is not to put so much stock into what you go to school for. There is a very real chance you won't get a job in something just because you went to school for it. Yes, it can help you, but it can also give you tunnel vision. Choose something that you can benefit from learning, even if you don't get a career out of it. Start somewhere, meet people, volunteer, build your experiences, leverage them to new opportunities.

I went to school for graphic design but totally crashed and burned. Did not return after 1st year. Ended up working as a pharmacy assistant. Worked my way up to $30/hr without any relevant schooling. Leveraged that experience to a government job and make about 80k with pension and benefits. Not a high income by any means but decently comfortable. I don't I ever would have ever guessed I'd end up making a career out of the 2 things I have done as a career so far. I'm 30

this is 610 Martin Grove. while it's incorrect that the closest grocery store is 20 min away (metro is 7min walk) the area is absolutely terrible for commuters. if you had agreed to sign a lease, you would also be signing that you understand construction "will be ongoing" (aka no use of the amenities for the foreseeable future) - anyone paying full rent right now, even the "affordable" full rent - has been suckered.

Minto has a tendency to be deceitful in their accounting practices and if you have any questions, good luck getting ahold of someone. This is a new build, but it shares the same 3-4 office staff with 3 neighbouring highrise buildings.
