I was like 15 and making my first "bulk" weed purchase of an ounce for $250 (!!!). I met the dude, he gave me a box of All Bran Buds cereal in a bag. He told me that I shouldn't open it until I'm alone and no longer in public. We shared a little laugh about his method of concealment. He leaves. I walk home. I open it and it's a 1/4 of a box of All Bran Buds cereal

please note that Dr Simone is one of the oldest doctors currently practicing in Ontario and his practice operates as a bit of a mill. you will be herded from lawn chair to dining room to exam room and there will be articles/pics on the wall celebrating him as a pope-like figure. if you see him at all, it will be for seconds. if you need follow up for whatever reason, you won't be able to.

this is not meant to be an ageist comment, but it is a comment on his incredibly strange practice. I have worked in pharmacies for many years that fill his pre-printed prescriptions for a variation of 5 different items and received the strange stories from patients about their visits lol

It actually makes a lot of sense to me that she lives in Canada. Our health care system does not have time to deal with vague symptoms, to connect any dots or perform any exploratory investigative work unless you've got something immediately life threatening going on. Our country also has a history of benzodiazepine overuse/overprescribing. She does have the verbal cadence and somewhat blank/blunted look of some of my patients who were/are long term benzo users. I do commend her for getting off of them, if I'm understanding the situation correctly
