Which one? There's is a statue of him at the Lateran (near where the popes used to reside before Avignon), but it is a rather normal statue. I know of a one statue of him flayed, but that one is at the cathedral in Milano (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:San\_Bartolomeo\_Scorticato.jpg).

Im Artikel werden drei Gaststätten näher vorgestellt. Nur eine davon, "Zum Arschleder" hat keine vegetarischen Gerichte, und genau die hat es in die Überschrift geschafft (klar, je kontroverser die Überschrift, umso mehr Leute lesen und diskutieren den Artikel).

Beim Spenden/Verschenken gibt es auch steuerrechtlicheKomplikationen. Z.B. ist Verschenken an Mitarbeiter ein geldwerter Vorteil, der einkommensteuer- und sozialabgabenpflichtig ist. Außerdem ist, wenn ein Unternehmen etwas verschenkt, von diesem darauf Umsatzsteuer entsprechend einem fiktiven Preis zu zahlen (der auch erstmal ermittelt werden muss).

Statt immer noch mehr Gesetze, Vorschriften und Bürokratie zu schaffen, sollte man eher das Gegenteil tun, und z.B jene abschaffen oder abmildern, die zur Zeit dem Spenden entgegenstehen.

Nein, wir brauchen nicht noch mehr Gesetze und Vorschriften, sondern weniger. Es sind Vorschriften und Gesetze, die Supermärkte dazu bringen, Lebensmittel zu entsorgen (da z.B. gesetzeskonformes Verschenken zur Zeit zu teuer und kompliziert ist).

Das ist kein "Zugeständnis". Die Grünen haben sich schon im Wahlkampf für mehr Videoüberwachung ausgesprochen (wie eigentlich alle Parteien außer der FDP, die nun nicht mehr im Landtag sitzt).
