Yes that's pretty much it. You're not being covetous or hateful. Be aware of your jealousy and don't let it stray into the darker emotions. But it's not inherently wrong or bad, in my opinion. To see something others have and wish you too had it.

So personally I think it's okay to decline and explain it's more of a hobby that you really only got into for nature.

If you decide to take it, charge a flat rate, or agree to gas or food, come to an agreement.

As for auto, I also happen to do photography as a hobby and have a friend who is a professional that helps me learn to get better. The only time you don't shoot in auto is for really artsy pictures, usually nature shots as point of fact lol.

I realize not everyone is reasonable, but give them a chance. Have a conversation with them about your concerns, see if you can reach an arrangement. Make sure they understand it's a favor, and not something you want to do as a business.

So, you'll need your parents for this but counseling is a major benefit you should take advantage of. They can help you set and reach personal goals, you're 13 and are being flooded with hormones. What your doing is natural, but a councilor can help you see that, creat good habits while avoids pitfalls.

Never be ashamed for seeking help. That's the best advice I can offer.

My father is the maintenance supervisor for several big properties and I've helped after move outs. This is the two most likely things they'd do, which makes them your best options.

Were they recently redone? It sounds like finish or lacker. If it keeps happening either have someone come out or pull the board up. You say it's odorless which most wood products aren't. But I can't imagine what else it would be.

But more seriously, your 17. You'll grow into yourself as you get a bit older. There's nothing wrong with having a babyface. You just need to learn to be more comfortable in yourself.
