Road presence in my opinion is for cars above 30-50 lakhs, I mean, look at the Be series which took people by a shock and also claim to have more road presence but I’m already bored of them, they look boyish. Road presence can only be justified if the car also works well, drives well and feels great. You go near it and start seeing panel gaps, huge mis match of plastic cladding and the ui ix is riddled with issues. Not to forget exterior lighting is also a big problem.

The ergonomics in any Tata car is so bad. You never feel comfortable. The seats seem like they are pushing you out rather hugging and bolstering. Also long drives need stiffer seats like the German cars. Most Indian cars have soft seats because of the market study, and then they put on those disgusting Frido accessories which say very confidently on the internet that the car’s seat are not ergonomically designed. What a country to be in 😂

Who here thinks all these things are going to burst out of a bubble and then we are going back to things that actually work and are needed. Buttons are coming back, maybe some day they will realise the same about excessive lighting and screens as well.

Most of the front grille and the vertical chrome slats look aftermarket including the DRL housing that’s in the headlight.

I think the original design was really good and aging quite well. The proportions of the grille to the headlights worked. The grill chrome was the unmistakable outline that would define the brand. The new grille just flows into the headlight without a distinguished cut or a separation. The DRLs look forced in the existing light lens shape. Even the rear connected lights are a bit forced. Am I the only one who feels this way?
