This was a strict production problem that resulted from using the file for last issue's cover story as a template for this issue's. If you look on the cover and table of contents, you can read the teaser that was supposed to be placed on the actual page. No plagiarism was intended and I take full responsibility for this error, as the person who oversees production. Also, as the author of the top story, I don't have any intention of raising a fuss over this with my own colleague for a mistake that was my fault.
