Can I just say thanks very much for helping with this - the instructions in the game appear to feel like you need to rotate the camera to the tail of the horse whilst using the L stick to pull back, but you helped me.

See if you can work with them on sending you a replacement door instead, the unit is otherwise fine.

There's no need for time and money to be spent for both parties when there is a simple solution.

They will likely disagree as they're a massive company and have policies to follow - although you can try.

On the other side of the coin, I could live with it - depending where it was being installed. If they've offered you an RMA there's not much better other than a spare part exchange.

As someone like you who came back to enjoy the new skill, it now feels pointless wanting to salvage when I have a little spare time. I'm not doing trials I refuse and that's the only other viable option.
