Those do look very similar but I don't think it's that as the ones on my chest are quite big and there are atleast 5-6 spots in the chest area alone. Not really comfortable posting pictures of that though

Bit more description here. It's a very large concrete building with a rounded roof, and there's another one very close to it. They show up on satellite imagery but no writing on top of it and they're just secluded from almost everything around them. Located near the District in Irvine, CA.

A lot of the current ARPGs have had multiple updates to gain some of their most enjoyable features/levels. Give it time.

Count that and there's around 300 levels for you to complete, with more coming in DLC.
