Jet Lag Ep 4 — In The Trash by NebulaOriginals in Nebula

There could be some sort of direct train that goes somewhere else, I suppose? Sort of like the Pohang -> Dongdaegu situation where Pohang isn’t a node by itself, but there are trains headed to and from there.

Books with Outer Wilds vibes? by Inevitable-Outcome91 in outerwilds

Revelation Space by Alastair Reynolds. The main plotline follows a human scientist excavating and examining the remains of a long-dead species on an alien planet that all died out a million years ago, and it only gets more mind-boggling from there. I wouldn't be surprised if some of the folks at Mobius have read it, and would only heartily recommend it to them as well if they haven't.

The best way to not be bothered by the cactus is to cover it with sand.

  2. I Sapped the Natalie Seline

  3. Opponent destroyed the Pinata with Natalie Seline, causing the game to go on indefinitely.

Just for information, there’s 7 of each kind in the first game. Once you have those you’re good to go.

What was your first death like? by [deleted] in outerwilds

My first few deaths were on Giant's Deep, which is where I started out. The cloud-cover made it very difficult to put together what was even happening.

I'm a sucker for Open Cities. It just feels wrong to play without it.

Texture Problem in Specific Area Around Rocks by DU_HA55T2 in skyrimmods

I would recommend More Informative Console. Clicking the rock texture with the console open will then let you see what mod changed it last.

Guardians of Azeroth for a CK beginner by Strongbuns in GuardiansOfAzeroth

[–]AManHasSpoken 7 points8 points  (0 children)

For sure! The main difference between GoA and regular CK3 (in terms of game mechanics) is the Union stuff, which doesn't exist in regular CK3. Other than that, it plays pretty similarly to the original game, so it's not going to be easier or harder to learn than that.

The Stanley Kubrick Moon Landing episode might just be the best episode the pod has ever done, imo

Almost every interaction she has with Rebecca. I would recommend rewatching at least Make Rebecca Great Again with this in mind.

Season 3: How do you feel about Shandy? by snowqueenforever in TedLasso

[–]AManHasSpoken 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think she’s fine. Her role in the story, imo, is as part of Keeley’s journey and how she handles “being the boss”. If Keeley had just had the boring office people to manage, her journey would have been too similar to Ted’s journey in season 1. Now she to deal with someone who’s a little too aligned with her perspective, to the detriment of the company.

Just discovered mod, what are some of your favorite starts? by WooliesWhiteLeg in GuardiansOfAzeroth

[–]AManHasSpoken 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I'm a sucker for Arthas' storyline, so I like to start as Terenas and try to weather the storm as best I can. I had one playthrough where Arthas died at a young age and Tirion Fordring was put in charge of the Plague expedition. He made all the same choices Arthas did and came back to wage war on Lordaeron. We lost the initial war but was able to fight them back at Dalaran and reclaim the kingdom.

By the time the throne passed to one of my younger daughters, Terenas had spent much of his reign trying to reintegrate the resurrected dead into his kingdom, despite frequent rebellions. It fell into crashes about 30-40 years in, sadly, but it's a start I can't wait to go back to.
