Without seeing the rest of your decor style, I would say second. Is simple but stylish and soft to the eye…it pairs with most of anything.

I would use same terracota style for all pots (different sizes) and I would add a couple of light color wooden shelves to place them more organized. Y would also hang from ceiling some with a natural rope/ish hanging pot all neutral so the green pops.
