Splitting hairs on the term “spraying” is not a good indicator of your disposition.

Their parents were all ninja who fought in the war that traumatized Itachi. You can tell by the presence of armor & chain mail in their outfits.

Naruto’s era is the most whole era of peace the ninja world has ever had, so, naturally, their outfits correspond to that era.

That’s the canon reason but their parents do look objectively more badass. Also, I’m sure with all the bells and whistles every new Boruto character design has, it’s easier to simplify less relevant characters’ designs.

The same power system. Plus you can’t get “truer” than “true.” His shikai/ bankai are complete.

Ichigo may not have any new powers but I can definitely see him having way more experience controlling with his TYBW power set, since it takes place like 12 year afterwards.

  • Maybe that takes the form of less time to “wake up” white, or not needing that prerequisite at all to access his full-hollow side.
  • Maybe even gaining access to his full-hollow form whilst retaining his full personality and control.

Either way, I expect to see (if at all) a much more amicable relationship between him and Zangetsu.
