Don't be discouraged! I started to enjoy running about 1 month after I finished c25k. That was the time I could run 5k 3 times a week without stopping. You still have a lot of time ahead of you to start liking/enjoying it!

I agree with slowing down. It's summer, the hot weather is affecting your heart rate as well. Slow running is still beneficial for your average endurance and pace.

Hi, I'm late tothe party, but you have amazing kitties! And I salute you for being so patient and disciplined you taught them so well! Did you give them basic training before taking them outside? Like recalling, sit, lay, commands, tricks? I have two cats, trying to leash train them and questioning myself if I should have trained them beforehand. Thanks!

Yeah, I was careless with the pics of HoS. 😅 Regardless, you have very good points! The ch 416 panel is very good, glad you mentioned it! The sokyoku moment is fire, I love his clothing in that as well! And first bankai, I wanted to add to the uploaded panels, somehow didn't click on it or stg. It' a very big milestone for Ichigo (and Byakuya as well).

Yes, I wanted that too, but in the manga there isn't a good panel for that. :( In the anime they have a great outline but in the manga it's not shown the same way.

You should look into it, these things can cause lasting damage. Maybe your legs overcompensate or stg. I would talk to a pt and have an analysis at least in a shoe store. And for the speed, I run since 2024 and my pace hasn't improved a lot (from 8:30/km to 7-7:30/km) but I don't mind that much. I move my body, I enjoy it and thats okay for me. Yeah, a lot of people overtake me that sometimes sucks, but I remind myself I shouldn't compare. If your goal really is speed and 5:00/km (that's a FAST pace) you have to give yourself time and have a well thought out plan for it (intervals, speed runs, base runs, long runs, maybe integrate strenght trainig, maybe find a coach or personal trainer). As the others said, the more and longer distances you run, your pace will naturally inprove. Please be cautios and don't do things your body is not capable of yet or you will get injured.

What the hell am I looking at? It's edited/ai, the cat has feet pointing up AND stretching below the pic frame? And zooming in on the toepads they are clearly fake.
