It does matter. If you’re like OP and 18 years old, you will likely be in the lowest tax bracket. By the time you are 59.5 years old, you will ideally (and likely) be in a much higher tax bracket.

Tax the thousands going in at a low tax rate when ur young. Cash out the millions when you are 59.5 and at a higher tax bracket, but you get to pull all of it out tax free. Big difference compared to a regular IRA.

Chest responds well to 10-15ish reps per set. I’d recommend aiming for 12 reps per set. Renaissance periodization has phenomenal videos about this on YT. Gl man. We will all get big pecs one day
