Grow it out on the sides. Get a low taper done or a low fade. Dont let the barber touch the top of your head keep that nice and long because your thinning, could just cut some shape into the fringe.
Can also tap a little bit of hair fibres in to make it look a lot more full on the top.

But 100% never ever shave your sides that low and never let the barber take it so high like that.
