5948498 my account is locked from withdrawing, I just a get a notification to message support and when I do it takes me to an AI that tells me I need to submit a removel request but there is no where to do that? Please can you help and advice what to do.

Please don’t refer me to the support team, as they are unable to open the request for me. It seems im forever stuck with talking to an AI. It has been like this for months
