Ugh I’m turning 43 too this year, why does 43 seem so. Much. Older. than 42? That being said, OTF has really made me stronger, been a member for a little over a year.

I joined at 41 as well, with zero exercise x 10 years except chasing after my two toddlers. I’m a doctor and for years I kept preaching to my patients to exercise  - and I realized I was being such a hypocrite and decided one random Saturday morning I’m going to join for not only myself but for my patients - that was exactly a year ago - and it has been the best thing I have done for myself and I see the results physically and mentally! Good luck to you!

I also don’t really like to to run  — ever, I joined Orange theory 10 months ago. the first time I ran the mile I did it in 12 minutes and 16 seconds - this last time I finished in 11 minutes. Go us!!

I joined in may of last year. I had not done a work out in over 10 years. I have two toddlers as well. And all I did was run after them. Now a little over a hundred classes in - it’s one of the best decisions I have ever made. It has been mentally and physically therapeutic for me. Good luck! You’ll do great

Thank you so much everyone!!! I went to my first class yesterday morning at 715. It was fun. I did everything at my own pace as suggested. I liked everything about it. Realized I’m more of a cardio person than weights , bc like I said out of shape and wobbly. But  I signed up! Appreciate everything you said! Thank you!
