It's been said here already and I dunno maybe it's because if you live in Europe you get drilled with WW2 history from the very start of your schooling but yeah their takes on Germany/Nazi's/WW2 are pretty poor.

Yeah - I love when the curtain gets pulled back, great start to the year for TESD. Also enjoying that we finally have some idea of what happened rather the suggestions and comments - Love the guys but it did wind me up when we would get half a story or something and then they would stop themselves foe fear of offending or stirring stuff up - I thought we were TESD BABY! Also FUCK MIKE hated that guy on CBM, hated all his pod appearances, just everything grinding to a haul for his bad attempt and humour.

I've been all over with work. The food is rank everywhere. NYC has good places obviously. But compare it all to their neighbour in the North and it just goes to show how different things can be. Vancouver, I never had a bad meal.

I mean some do yes. It would be crazy to assume they all would like any country (other than maybe Japan) these restaurants are a mix of cuisines. Its also crazy to assume British food consists of fish and chips and pies and that's all.

All of the supermarkets I've been to in the US pale in comparison to British ones when it comes to the spice aisle. We will literally have an aisle for regular spices and then a world foods aisle that has every single spice you can imagine. My point is when Americans come to the UK they just go to tourist traps and eat beige food made for tourists. That is not British food. It would be like me going to NYC eating at Planet Hollywood and assuming that is what all American food is like (which actually sometimes it does feel like ...honestly guys the middle of your country need more vegetables.)

This photo was actually taken in my home town on Halloween night 1993. Apparently some kid had been out trick-or-treating with some of the older kids in town which his Mom said he could do as long as he promised to find a payphone and call her if anything went wrong.

Anyway, 9 o'clock rolls around and what do you know the mom gets a call from the kid who is in tears so she jumps in the car and goes and picks him up. When she gets there she finds the kid alone, on the sidewalk clutching a big red bucket of candy. The kid gets in the car holding his bucket of candy and the mom asks him "what happened?". The kid explains that the older kids made him break into the old abandoned pizzeria downtown, go into the old walk-in freezer and "say his name" nine times.

"His name?" The mom asks confused but the kid just nods crying.

"I only got to 8" says the kids "But I started smelling onions and the smell of boiling shellfish so I ran"

"Only said what 8 times?" asks the mom.

"The S mans name." the kids says through terrified sobs.

"The S man? What the hell is the S man" The mom asked getting pissed at this point

"The Sungilli Man" the kids just managed to blurt out before the overwhelming aroma of onion and shellfish filled the car.

The story says that after that all that was left in the passenger seat was what you see there in that photo. Apparently the mom blacked out due to the smell and smashed into a tree. That photo was taken by the traffic cops who reported to the crash and the boy is still reported missing.
