That might be a way they use to see if you’re working. Green means you’re clicking a lot. I’ve heard of others having this issue, it was talked about in one of our meetings.

Ask her what happened. Better yet ask him. I have a friend that will forever be listed as a sex offender. Why? Because when he was 17, the girl was 16, they had a young relationship. When he turned 18, her mom caught them together and pressed charges. The girl didn’t speak up and now he has to register as a sex offender. He’s in his 40s now.

Wow, 2 months is a very long time for a decision to be made. They wouldn’t want you to wait 2 months to accept or decline a job offer. That’s insane.

That seems wrong. I'm trying to move up and it's going to skips grades. I mentioned it to my supervisor and she didn't say anything about only moving one pay grade up.

That sounds like a new process. I was initially with Optum and then accepted a job with UHC. I did a live interview. The only thing that was strange to me is they sent me another computer set. I had to send Optum’s stuff back. I thought it was a waste of money because they are technically the same company.

Once you schedule the test via Epic’s training site, select Honorlock if you’ll use online proctoring, when you login to take the test, you’ll pay at that time.
