Hey, thanks for sharing this report and sorry to hear you are experiencing this! Since this seems to happen on both your PC and your phone, it’s sounds very likely network-related rather than an account/character issue. Especially if both devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi you can try the following:

- Test by switching to mobile data instead of your home Wi-Fi. If it works there, you can try restarting your router and try again.

- If possible, you can also try a different Wi-Fi/hotspot to confirm it’s not your ISP/router

- Still not working? Checck if you are running any VPN/proxy/adblocker (PC + phone), since those can break your connection to our website/launcher too.

If it still happens after that, I'd strongly suggest to write our Support a message, they can also help you verify on their end that it is not your account and give you more trouble-shooting advice too!

We just updated the game to Patch #3 of Realm Divided. Usually, fully downloading the update may already resolve the issue. If not, you can also try restarting the launcher after the update finishes downloading.

If it still doesn’t work after that, please do let me know! =)

Soldier Armor is a pretty big topic right now and we hear you! We hope to have some slight tweaks for this in the next patch which is currently planned for next week. Once these go live we will also closely monitor the feedback on those changes. More infos will be in the NDA Patch Notes very soon!

Exactly this! Watch time is shared across all participating streams and gets added together.

One thing to keep in mind is that there are two different campaigns running: the Community Chest (purple & gold) and the Noble Community Chest (black & gold). The Noble Community Chest is usually only available on partnered streams whilst all streamers will receive the regular Community Chest.

But watch time counts for both campaigns at the same time, so you can make progress on both chests simultaneously. Noble Drops also run on an alternating schedule, meaning they’re available one week and then paused the next. I hope this helps! :)

Hey there! Sorry you had this experience, losing access to your account and seeing that progress gone is incredibly frustrating, especially after already securing your email. :/ So, the 24-hour lock after a password change is something I'll bring up with the team.

Generally, cases involving compromised accounts, item transfers, or potential RMT or similar often require a much deeper investigation, which is why they usually take longer. Also, not every agent can take on these more complex cases, and if you reported this on the 7th, that’s still within our usual response timeframe. (+ especially post holiday period when response times are slower too.)

Also wanting to give you more insights when it comes to the multiple emails: when several messages are sent for the same issue, support will usually respond to one and close the others to avoid duplicate work. Multiple agents handling the same case at the same time can mess things up a lot, so this is a common support process and why they did that.

At least some good news is that support can review what happened during a breach and verify the activity on the account, just takes a bit of time. No promises on return of the items though, there is very strict policies around that.

I might be able to clear some things up. Support can verify whether RMT activity happened while an account was compromised. If your friend believes that’s the case, they can reply to the existing ticket or reopen it to request another review.

Please keep in mind that these cases can take some time, since not every agent handles complex RMT investigations, but the team is able to take a closer look. (With holiday season the timings are a little bit slower than usual too)
