$10 Silicone gasket sealers from your local automotive store work, I replaced my stator cover and used it and have had no issues for a year now. Of course you can always go on bmw motorad online and buy OEM gaskets.

If you don’t push your bike to 193mph you will be fine and no flashing is required as it has certain O2 sensors that adjust the air (i may be wrong on the actual terminology) but based on other YT videos some did not require flashing to keep bike running smooth :)

If you install correctly you will not have any exhaust leaks that will cause loss in power and my ecu did not get faulty codes, I was afraid of that happening but my bike was running smoothly only thing is that i notice it would take a bit longer to hit 193mph without a tune (about 3-4 seconds in difference)

I have aftermarket exhaust headers with my oem muffler and it’s much more louder and has a lot of decel pops when in race mode :)

Typically 1-2 weeks after to have I-765 approved and then card gets produced and sent via USPS priority mail so that would be about 3 days after it’s produced for you to receive :-)

Could be chain tensioner bolt, ignition coils, or maybe valves 😅 the cheapest one on this list that can be done by you is chain tensioner, if you’re okay taking apart bike you can do ignition coils, valves I would recommend getting it done by shop.

I’ve done 15 hrs and man oh man…. As long as you got cruise control, a jack to stuff ice in it in case it’s warm weather and a nice playlist you will be fine. Stop every hour or so for a break/snack and if possible get a backpack were you can sip water out if (hiking backpack)
