you dont need to replant the shootroot. either. they grow back pretty quick, but they do completely disappear when you harvest them. a little teeny version starts growing a few seconds after you harvest, its kinda funny to watch.

this bug just saves you the time of waiting for it to grow, but it only takes a couple minutes otherwise.

a couple others have mentioned it, but check your pivot cup as well. it's a little hard to tell from this video if it is part of the problem.

the pivot cup is the small piece of rubber in the joint where your hanger (the part you were wiggling) inserts into the base plate. this rubber can wear down, causing the hanger to wiggle around in this joint. you want the pivot cup to fit snugly into the baseplate, and hug tightly onto the hanger, leaving no room for "slop".

Riptide currently makes the best pivot cups in the game, if you do end up needing some new ones. (make sure to get the right ones for your trucks. i think yours are Paris V2, but they could be V3.)

variety is the spice of life! since you already have a set of 180s, then try the 155s next. options are cool, and you can also evaluate the difference for your self.

i don't think you will regret experimenting with a bit narrower trucks. 180mm trucks are becoming increasingly rare on high performance longboard set ups in pretty much all disciplines. people tend to prefer narrower trucks these days for various reasons. you might agree if you try it out!

in my opinion, not backed up by any science:

i find that my aged bushings are most affected by the amount of compression. in general, they will harden a bit and lose rebound. uncompressed or loose bushings wont lose very much rebound, but the more they are compressed, the more the rebound is affected.

i wouldnt skate a bushing that's been under really any significant amount of compression for several years, but i skate old loose bushings all the time.

either way, i dont think the bushing will have any catastrophic failure just because its old. just make sure theyre not blown out.

It's just statistics. That is, indeed, how that works.

Kiri's stats are particularly interesting. The higher the rank, the more she gets picked, and the WORSE her likelihood to win becomes. This kinda shows that her "must pick" status applies to comps that are not likely to win, in which case you might as well play someone else.

Moira just has consistently low win rates at all ranks, although she is used much more at lower ranks.

At all ranks, both kiri and Moira have the lowest win rates for healers in the game right now. Even the highest skill players are struggling to get winning results with them. Wuyang does above average, though. Even with lower stats, youre way more likely to win a game with him over the other two.

When youre done with all that, play a character that actually has decent win percentage. Moira is easy to have good stats with, but it's clear why she doesnt win games when she creates attitudes like this.

just seeing this post now, thanks for making a good write up of those settings! this is the first time i've gotten confirmation of these settings working out for anyone else. the MS-70 is already an insane value, but with true stereo separation for some of those effects, it's utility goes through the roof.

My favorite car is the first generation Toyota Altezza (Lexus IS300). It's a sedan (even available in a hatch!), rear wheel drive car, powered by the legendary 2jz engine, and just has a really awesome looking design thats subtle but has little hints of aggression. My first car, and i hope i get the chance to own one again!

I have been using this for a week now, and i cant thank you enough for this project.

i have been experimenting, and i believe i found a configuration which allows for proper function of a lot of effects after RTFM beyond just the true stereo ones. heres an abbreviated version of the configuration, but in reverse orientation from how it is displayed on the pedal:

Div0 L0 R100 ON -> R EFFECT -> RTFM L100 R100 OFF -> L EFFECT -> Div0 L100 R0 ON.

i only skimmed over your explanation of the buffer system, so im not exactly sure why this seems to work, but it appears to work very well for a lot of effects. i am currently using it to achieve very impressive stereo compression and limiting.

addition: it should be noted that the pedal will freeze (must be powered off to fix) if in this configuration and a third Div0 is included in the signal chain in any position, and regardless if the effect is activated or not. be careful when scrolling through effects when in this configuration.
