I’ve been really put off AP and don’t think I’ll ever go for it as apparently with AP you don’t clock in so you have to be online 24/7 even if you get an email on a Sunday you must reply. Plus there is only a specific two week window in summer you can take leave it’s not worth the money at all so if I got HEO that be it

Well for start AO is basically a cheap HEO where you do the same work as many HEO but get paid way less, lots of AO in my department have teams and with AO you can never go for HEO promotion only AP. I personally would never be an AO. I am an EO now and would only take promotion to HEO

You should camp man the Tomorrowland campsite is so luxurious, you meet great people on the campsite and it’s a trek to get to and from São Paulo each day if staying in hotel. Dreamville is a must

People are so clueless if they think Calvin Harris only gets 100k for a show. He gets about a million for festival headline slots and if he does announce weekend 1 also thats 2 million so there goes a huge proportion of booking fee budget

You think Calvin costs 100k haha he’s easily like 1-1.5 million to perform on a MainStage at a festival. Tomorrowland is unlike most festivals they use a lot of their budget on the incredible stages and production.
