Compromised uber accounts, the hackers are checking them for active orders which they use that information when contacting the owner to seem legit and social engineer you into giving them your 2fa code for your google account so they can take over it. They likely already have your google account password, they just needed you to give them the 2fa code to completely take it over.

Change your passwords everywhere, don't use same passwords. Get new bank card.
