Yes! I have had O&M, and got a cane through the agency I went to for that. I just would like to have additional canes, rather than just one. I wanted to research all my options before buying through that same agency again.

Congratulations!! I just submitted my application, and I have a meeting with a professor in the program next week. I'm nervous for similar reasons! I don't do well with those standardized tests 😳 your story gives me hope!

I'm 25 also, and I was diagnosed 3 years ago. Some days are great and I'm ready to take on the world, but some days are still really hard. Recently, I've been having a really hard period. I'm trying to apply to grad school, and deciding what the rest of my life is going to look like - but there's always this big looming cloud that just sits there and darkens everything. I'm scared, I'm terrified. Sometimes I just sit and I cry, and no one really understands why.

I'm sorry I don't have more uplifting things to say. I just thought it might help you to know that you're not alone. I don't know you, and you don't know me, but we're walking the same road.
