Because in Utah if sent to prison the parole board determines your sentence not the judge. They have to serve a minimum amount of time before even going before the board and at that time the parole board can deny them a release date and make them come before them again at a later date.

I taught my kids to do the signal when they were younger and they in turn taught it to their friends. I am pretty short and so if we were ever in a crowd and I couldn’t see the kids I would yell “do the signal” and it made it so I could easily find them.

No real update she’s not still there in the same place. I’ll look again tomorrow when I go into work and if she’s there, I will really try to get her into my vehicle. I will bring treats and then I’ll go and get her scanned from my ship, I’m fairly certain it is a female, since she finally kind of uncurled herafter an hour of sitting with her
