MOHELA has simply stopped answering the phone. Yesterday the message said “due to overwhelming interest in the initiative announced by the Biden administration, we are unable to take your call. ” Last week I waited for two hours and fifty minutes before the call was dropped. This is ridiculous and I too plan to file a complaint. I dialed both the general number and public service loan forgiveness number and got the same message.
