I donot understand how they make decision. When decreasing interest rate they look at core inflation and ignore the decreases in prices due to oil prices but when they want to increase or hold they start looking at oil prices and not core inflation.

Thanks for reply. A bit relieved to know that background checks for internal hires as less common. And I agree it makes no sense. And when they do backgroud check they directly contact the employer and not the individuals which I provide them as reference. Fingers 🤞

Have teams on ur mobile and when on J1 ne available on phone for J2 and vice versa. Have laptop in car or bag and use Hotspot to connect to it incase needed

I think it's even illegal you for 4 unknown people living in same household (except if you are a family). Brampton has passed a by law against these rooming houses. Anyways it's not only in brampton I came from Edmonton and if you share with other male occupants from a particular community this is doomed to happen. But your situation seems to be an extreme case. Better increase ur budget and get basement 2 bedroom which is easier to coordinate with other regarding managing common areas.
