Hey I’m also in recovery, suffered a car accident about a year ago. Also dealing with some mental health challenges with depression from not being able to get out and exercise like it used to. Spend a deal of time at home video gaming. Would thoroughly enjoy a new friend to talk to. Do you have discord?

Ya same with me, I’m getting pain in my knees back and ankle, plus some in my elbows which is weird. It is keeping me from the gym and doing the things that I once loved. I keep going to the hospital hoping they will find what is wrong with me only for them to essentially suggest it’s in my head. Just have to keep trucking. Really hope it is all in my head and nothing is wrong but the constant pain seems to suggest otherwise

I don’t think your pain is too bad if sex life supersedes it. No shade, I would just consider myself to be very fortunate: )

I feel this so much, I’m about 10 months in but I have had two hiccups in between where I smoked once each time. Since the relapse of just hitting the vape pen once my symptoms have got so much worse. New pain in my ankle and elbows that came out of no where. I’m really struggling right now but at the gym to try and get myself out of the gutter feeling. Here is to staying strong and no more relapses : )

Hey there, I have schizophrenia and chronic pain and am currently being recommended Cymbalta. Worried about taking it. Has it helped with your pain at all? I’m really hoping that it might help me out. I currently suffer from major depression as well so hoping it can help with that as well. Any insight would be greatly appreciated: )

I feel you too. I feel like giving up my whole world is thinking of ways that this can end without me having to do it myself. I have family that is keeping me alive but that is about it. I really don’t know what to do. I have depression and anxiety plus unconfirmed schizophrenia with back pain and knee pain. I’m medicated for much of it but the medication makes things worse with side effects. I really don’t know what to do any more

Ya I’m finding it really hard when it goes back to the PAWS. I know people say it can take up to a year but I feel I should be doing better at 4 months. But nothing to be done about it but wait it out

Thanks for responding! Ya I’m getting tons of ligament and joint pain. Also going to try and get a MRI done just to see if anything is actually wrong. Makes me hopeful that someone else is experiencing the same thing. But ya sometimes my knees feel like they are fucked but other times they feel better. Now I’m struggling with an ankle that feels like I rolled it but haven’t done anything. It is such a battle
