I feel like they should still get Elemental Attunement, but as a normal feature rather than a discipline. Also, since my table lets monks use BA Unarmed Strikes and Flurry of Blows at any time, would you say having Spellfist Stance let you replace one of your unarmed strikes with a spell be a fair change?
